Not allow winter recess or bring the back before Christmas. They have a job to do for America.

The President should invoke the will of the people and cancel winter recess for the house and the senate untill they reach an agreement on a budget. Under the law they are required to have a budget every year. They work for the citizens of the United States. And we as citizens of the United States demand a budget. (If the house and Senate has left Washington they are to return by Dec 24 2012 to resume talks) A new bill should be introduced That no member of the House or Senate forfits any paycheck or health care for the year starting 2013 If a yearly budget plan isnt introduced at the end of the year as required by law. That requirement of submitting a budget every year cannot ever be suspended unless of a national emergency
