not authorize the release of funds to Honduras government until certification of fight against corruption it's made.

Recently the congress approved some funds for Honduras with some conditions for the government to cooperate in the fight against corruption.There are some indications that it's not happening,but instead the party in government is just playing games and doing nothing to put corrupt officials in jail,by contrary it's doing everything to perpetuate in power.
