The second amendment of the constitution clearly states that the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. Therefore it is unconstitutional to ban any firearms and that any already existing ban on a firearm, fire mode, magazine size or age limit to get a firearm or ammunition needs to be repealed because they are unconstitutional and infringes on our constitutional right to keep and bear arms.
