President Obama promised defense contractors that their legal and litigation costs would be covered if they would not issue lay off notices as required by the WARN act prior to election. We the people are requesting that this be forbidden, and he not be allowed to use taxpayer dollars in defense of any company, private or public, that violates any Federal laws.
