Not change the COLA formula in Social Security but simply raise or eliminate the cap.

This petition is an answer to the GOP's desire to 'fix' Social Security. We could make Social Security solvent for 75+ years by raising or eliminating the cap. As it is, the wealthy have an advantage by the current cap.
