Stop the destruction of the USPS. Do not end Saturday delivery or any day of delivery. Stop the closure of any post office, keep door delivery, and stop the 5.5 billion a year pre-funding of future retiree benefits. Refund the overpayments into CSRS and FERS. Keep the USPS in the save benefit plan as ALL government employee's.
