Not collect income taxes during a government shutdown.

Created by N.S. on January 30, 2014

During a government shutdown the American people continue to pay taxes to support the government even though many tax subsidized programs are not available to us. Since the government has shut down, why do we need to continue to support it? A federal income tax holiday should be implemented spanning the length of any future shutdown.
