A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. This is the second amendment. The last line may be the most important. The word infringed means that it can not be touched. If the government passes any new gun laws they will be invading our right to bear arms, shattering our constitution.
