No new gun laws are needed. Tough enforcement on existing laws is what we need. It's already illegal to kill people. Criminals don't follow the law. Statistics prove that countries who have almost completely banned guns have higher crime rates than before they enacted such laws. It is wrong of the president to use a crisis to further an agenda. Does anyone remember Operation Fast and Furious where Obama's administration provided free guns to drug cartels, obviously an attempt to create a reason for gun laws? Why would someone who is so against violence, give guns to people who they know are going to use them for crime? Additionally, what the hell does "shall not be infringed" mean? Seems pretty clear to me.
