Cutting out chow for the Soldiers, Marines, Airmen and Sailors who are deployed is not acceptable. These meals may be the only comforting meals that our troops have before going to or coming from a patrol.
Save the meals for the members deployed to Afghanistan. Food is the one thing the service members have for comfort and to remove it is not fair to those putting their life on the line for our continued freedom.
We say thank you to the men and women who serve. Show them how much we really care and continue to give them their meals before and after patrols. This is important to our service men and women, it should equally be important to us as citizens.
