People on H1B visa gives a huge chunk of money to govt. every month. Since they don't have a status in the country until they get Green Card it will be a big loss to the families who get back to their home countries once their visa gets expired. There should be provisions so that in case a family is moving back to their home country their hard earned money should either be given back to them or transferred an equal amount to their Home Counties social security system in that persons name.
