Inasmuch as "The liberty of the press is indeed essential to the nature of a free state" (Blackstone), and seeing that the Second Ammendment of the Constitution guarantees both freedom of speech and freedom of the press to all within this country, we ask that the White House not consider any action against Piers Morgan for expressing an opinion about gun control.
