Not to destroy a billion dollars of ammunition but to sell it back to the people.

This is demanding that the US government does not destroy the billion dollars of excess ammunition that the DOD says they have. The government should sell it to the people. This could help to relieve ammunition shortages across the country and would allow the government to recoup some of the costs in having spent a billion dollars on the ammo and the extra costs of destroying it. There is already government auction sites that could sell this for the government.
