not discriminate against smokers

Created by T.C. on January 31, 2013

We as Americans deserve the right to peruse happiness. It is a right the founding fathers wrote into the constitution. Part of that pursuit is making individual choices. Smokers have a right to make that choice, and not to be discriminated against, for there choice. To penalize smokers through higher insurance premiums is discrimination. Smokers work. Smokers pay taxes. Smokers are part of the American fabric. We are Doctors, and Lawyers and Scientists. We are Auto workers, and Engineers. We are former and present presidents of the United States of America. Smokers are every bit as American as non smokers, and deserve the same right to pursue happiness without punishment and discrimination!
