Our military gives us strength on the international stage, and guarantees our safety against such potential threats as Russia, China and North Korea, all of whom are not decreasing their militaries. We need to remain prepared and maintain a standard of viable readiness in order to preserve and protect our way of life. In addition, the military provides jobs for millions of Americans that the President is proposing to eliminate.
