Not engage itself in another war with Syria and let the Syrian people choose their own path.

The United States is taking actions in Syria which are very similar to the actions they took in Libya prior to the intervention there. Our country is broke and we can not afford to be at war once again. Syria is also backed by Russia and China, as well as Iran, so a decision to intervene in Syria will likely have great international repercussions. The American people had had enough of war before President Obama entered the White House: let's show him that this is still true.
