Hunting wild game is not a crime. In fact it's ethical and moral to hunt for the purpose of maintaining the existence and size of animal populations. Lion populations are best preserved and maintained by the hunter and not by animal rights organizations. Hunting in foreign countries should never be a crime, in the U.S., for Americans. Dr. Palmer legally paid for his hunting permit to take one lion. He's done nothing illegal, immoral, or unethical.
