Obama Care is FORCING people with "low" income and who have children with autism and other disabilities to apply for government sponsored health insurance. These individuals are being forced to put their children (and sometimes themselves) on government funded insurance. They are denied the CHOICE of PAYING for insurance and ELECTING to have their children on the insurance plan they choose for themselves. They are automatically denied the tax credit if they qualify for government sponsored insurance. Allow these people the right to CHOOSE to PAY for insurance for themselves AND their children. Give them the tax credit. Do not force them to sign-up for government sponsored insurance.
