The President should not be able to give an executive order to give a failing government a raise especially as all Americans are about to get hit with a bill for their failure to cut spending and WE THE PEOPLE deserve better! Better yet, put them on the same healthcare, retirement/social security that we are on and maybe they will fix it! No raises for POOR performance!
