Texas Governor Rick Perry and The people of Texas, due to their Shortsightedness and Lack of Proper regulation, are asking the American People to Bail them out a Man Made Disaster. Mr. President the American People and I say NO! Had The Texas state Government done their job this would not have happened! Every Penny of damage should be paid for by the West Fertilizer Co.and their insurers, NOT the American People. F.E.M.A. has already provided Millions of Dollars for repairs to the town of West and Governor Perry is placing his hand out for more Money which should come from the Company who caused the damage in the first place! Enough is Enough!!! Make the People of Texas pay for their own Mistakes. If they wish to live in a state where regulations are lax then they should pay for it!
