NOT give pay raises to VP Biden, Members of Congress, and Federal Workers in a time of recession and TAX INCREASES.

VP Biden, Members of Congress and Federal Employees should NOT get a pay raise in a time of a recession.
This is a SELFISH act by the President, the VP, any Members of Congress and Federal Employees who accept this pay raise.
It is also inconsiderate to ALL Americans struggling in this economy to have to pay for this SELFISH pay raise for incompetent people that do nothing but steal our hard earned money from working Americans.
