Not grant instant immigrant legalization, and separate the migrant worker visa H1b from the immigration reform bill

Created by T.M. on June 10, 2013

Simply put, the bill as presented does not live up to the promises of the gang of eight.

Due process and legal immigration is fair, visa overstayers, and illegal immigrants should not be simply given immunity, and same action failed under president Reagan.

There are already enough H1b visas and the companies using them do not adhere to the laws about them as it is. The companies using the H1b visas do not advertise the positions locally first, and do not pay migrants the same wages as local Americans by classifying the employees as on-shore global delivery, or landed global delivery.

This bill will negatively effect the US, the economy, and Americans.
