We The People of these United States demand that President Obama order all federal and local law enforcement in the District of Columbia to stand down and allow the commencement of the peaceful Open Carry March from Virginia to DC on July 4th 2013 . We The People have every right to peacefully assemble and posses firearms anywhere in this nation. Washington DC is our nation's capital and is traditionally where citizens gather to demonstrate and exercise our most basic rights. The prohibition of the open carry of firearms in the District is unlawful and Unconstitutional and will not longer be tolerated. We The People demand that our 2nd amendment rights no longer be infringed upon by the government created to serve us and protect our unalienable rights reaffirmed in the Bill of Rights!
