not invoke Governmental immunity in any wrongful death suit relating to the death of Aaron Swartz.

Created by Z.N. on January 14, 2013

Prosecutorial misconduct is a cancer that destroys the rule of law. The vigorous prosecution of someone who negatively impacted no one else is unconscionable. Even if Aaron Swartz did everything alleged there is no one anywhere who was adversely affected to a criminal extent.

Meanwhile the massive fraud committed in the name of high finance gets by with not so much as a slap on the wrist. If the government is really for the people, it should allow itself to be sued in the death of Aaron Swartz. I do not think it should admit guilt, but it should allow the case to be heard.
