Not kill U.S. Citizens without due process.

Dear Mr. President,
In our rush to protect the American Way of Life from terrorists, we may be falling victim to an age old problem. Becoming the very enemy we swore to fight. To unilaterally kill an American citizen without due process goes against everything our Constitution was founded on. First, arrest and convict the person. I am really afraid, sometimes, as to what the inner circles of your administration are becoming. Are they the enemy? Anytime one of your advisors suggests something that is contrary to our own standards of living, they should be considered 'highly suspect' and removed as advisors. Anytime you have to ask if we can 'get around constitutional issues', you are already wrong. Wear the Constitution with pride, don't look at it as an obstacle.
