Not let the state of Alabama leave. Anyone who wants to leave the U.S. allow them, but don't get rid of entire states.

I don't want to leave the U.S.. Let the people that want to leave. Don't get rid of entire states. Some people are just signing random "let us secede" pettitions, they aren't even from the state that they signed. So if you do take it seriously, get rid of anyone's signature that weren't from the state they signed for and throw it out. Many of the petitions wouldn't even reach the number of signatures to be reviewed if people from other states didn't sign it.
