We can barely employ the people we have here, and we have staggering unemployment (media does not give a true description). We don't have more room in many of our cities, and there is a great deal of violence here. They are trying to escape problems with cartels, we have the same problems here with gangs and people not mentally stable. What are the points in having a border and laws regarding our border, if our President will circumvent the law for votes. This is not a humanitarian question, it is a Utilitarian question. Should citizens of a nation have to suffer because their elected officials do not agree with the majority? Why should we be the ones taking care of them? For an example look to Jordan and others affected by the Syrian War. I hope more governors do as Rick Perry to impede.
