Obama wants to have everyone in the United States to be injected with a tracking chip by March 2013. Some people cannot be injected, because their bodies reject these chips, and quite frankly, I am a law abiding citizen and do not believe Obama needs to know where I am all the time. If he believes this is an issue, then maybe chip criminals to make sure they are not re-breaking the law.
