We the People believe it is UnConstitutional to take away our Second Amendment Rights in order to be a Medical Cannabis Patient. Cannabis is by far a Safer drug than Alcohol and No-one is taking Any Rights Away from people that consume Alcohol. It is a Fact that Alcohol clouds Judgement of the Mind far more than Cannabis does. On the DEA's Own Scale, Heroin rates a 2.8, Alcohol rates a 1.9 and Cannabis rates at 1.3. 6/10ths Lower than Alcohol and 1.5 Points lower than Heroin. The Scheduling Must Be Changed as well. Who would you, knowing these Facts, want to be in Possession of a Firearms Permit and Weapon? The Answer Is Clear.
