As long as Dr. Rice as any interest in Tar Sands/Keystone Project,she should not be considered, much less ,nominated at all,for any Cabinet post This is a clear conflict of interest..Should she choose to properly divest these holdings and not into a blind trust ,then it will not be a conflict of interest.Until she does, we the undersigned oppose any type of Cabinet post for her
