That the U.S. neither negotiate with the United Nations in regards the supposed trade in "illicit arms", nor be a signatory to such a treaty which would disallow the constitutional protections currently, and since the initiation of said document, its foundational (as in "fundamental transformation") document, afforded United States citizens.
