Sarah Hall Ingram was the IRS commissioner of the office responsible for tax-exempt organizations between 2009 and 2012. Sarah Hall Ingram was in charge during the IRS targeting of conservatives, tea partiers, pro-life and pro-Israel groups. According to ABC, Sarah Hall Ingram is director of the ObamaCARE aka Affordable Care Act office. Since Ms. Ingram has proven herself to be bias in a non-bias government position, she should not be trusted with the personal information of ALL Americans. Therefore, her newly appointed position to oversee the implementation of Obamacare should be withdrawn.
