this is not a petititon but a formal announcement for states wishing to form a coalition for opting for secession from what used to be our country.we are now subjected to an out of control government that sees to all but our people.we are now at the brink of a total breakdown of our system and have virtually no representation in our governing susystem and constantly live in the threat of having our freedoms and liberties removed that are guaranteed under our constitution.
