Not to pick and choose which amendments of the constitution to change.

The white house administrations response to the separation of the states from the united states was a reflection of the constitution. Thy referred to the constitution as Abraham Lincoln wanted it.... that we are one nation.. one people, and that it shouldn't be changed from the original constitution. So my question and petition is why are our gun rights being changed? And alsoand more importantly, this nation was formed as one nation under GOD. So why aren't our school children allowed to say the pledge of alligeince every day, like it has been for decades? Why do you choose to take that away from us? You simply can't choose which amendments we can follow and which ones we can't.
