proposal to shift significantly more health care costs to military beneficiaries and curtail military retirement benefits.
These proposals show a shocking insensitivity to -- and devaluation of -- the extraordinary demands and sacrifices inherent in a military career.
Few civilians are willing to endure those conditions for even one term of service, much less 20 or 30 years.
Please do all you can to oppose this misguided attack on
retirement and healthcare incentives that are essential to the security of our nation.
