If a juvenile or minor child at the age of five or above, molest, violate another child's body, whilst knowing doing so they need to registered for all to know. Considering children are involved in many activities, sleepovers, etc.. Placing other child in danger as the government finds that only children 10 and above are aware of what their doing. There are two types ones that get molested and then molest others, or ones that's get molested and has it effect the rest of their life. Six year old children going to therapy for something they remember and won't forget while their molester walks free, with no consequences to their actions. It is a disgrace that if a child murders someone they can be sentenced as an adult, but a minor molester gets therapy and has the possibility to repeat.
