Not provide foreign aid until domestic programs such as social security and medicare have been properly funded.

The average US taxpayer can not afford to supply foriegn aid in the form of guns and ammunition when our programs are under funded. We work long hours in sometimes difficult conditions to provide for our families. We the people should decide by popular vote whether to sacrifice our health and security. Sites such as this allow individual citizens to speak for themselves and not repesentatives who have minimal effect on the tax load as compared to the people as a whole. We the people have more at stake.
