Not Raise The Minimum Wage To $10.10

Raising the minimum wage to $10.10 may allow people working minimum wage jobs to bring in more money, but the simple fact is is that businesses don't care what the government wants, because the government doesn't have control over what the businesses do with their employees. If employers are forced to pay more to their employees, they won't keep the employees and continue to pay them, they will begin letting people go, and losing more jobs because of an increased pay is not worth it. People working minimum wage jobs are making that much for a reason, those jobs are not meant to be full-time careers. Please don't make employers begin letting people go, let's keep the minimum wage where it is so that we can all keep our jobs and keep the economy going.
