not raise unemployment insurance on businesses that have not had a claim in 3 years.

Created by D.H. on September 22, 2011

The Unemployment Insurance rates are scheduled to go up. This will effect all businesses, but will cost small businesses a greater portion of their income.
Some small businesses work hard to take care of their employees, and keep them from being a burden on the system. Raising the amount they must pay for the sake of having employees will mean cut hours and lack of investment.
