After reinstating the ban for drilling offshore, America has seen a decline in American jobs, and an increase in gas prices. This petition is asking the Obama Administration to not reinstate the ban after it runs out in 2017. Not reinstating the ban will reopen a door that promotes American jobs, an increase in foreign oil independence, and a decrease in country wide debt.
