The United States, over a decade ago, introduced a law stating that they will remove funding from any United Nations organization that recognizes Palestine as a member. Now, due to that same law, Unesco, a humanitarian organization that has provided valuable aid to impoverished countries and children, has lost 20% of its funding. This organization deserves to receive valuable funding that saves lives, and we are refusing them that due to a futile reliance with Israel, who refuses to negotiate peace. If a 13 year old recognizes this injustice, you should too.
