Not require the names of lottery winners to be publicly displayed in all 50 states for their protection and security

Created by M.A. on January 16, 2015

Any law or contract requiring a winner's name being publicly displayed should be removed from legislation in all 50 states. Removal of individuals' names can lower the risk of targeted criminal activity and identity theft toward the winners and their families/loved ones.
