not require private schools to give up tax exempt status if they fail to recognize how the S.C.O.T.U.S defines marriage.

Created by L.R. on June 19, 2015

The government should not force private Christian schools to make the decision on whether or not to adhere to the Supreme Court's interpretation of marriage, with holding the threat of taking away the tax exempt status over their heads. Private schools, especially private Christian schools get their funding through charitable donations. It is unconstitutional to take away one's right for freedom of education. Private Christian schools should not be in a situation where they are forced to close due to lack of donation because the tax exempt status was withdrawn.
