Not restrict assault rifles, but highly tax the respective ammunition. Also allow certain freedoms for gun ranges

- Tax assault rifle ammunition up to 20% to restrict access to such dangerous rounds
- Allow certified gun ranges with protection protocols access to the proposed-banned large-capacity magazines
- Allow certified gun ranges with protection protocols to purchase assault rifle ammunition at cheaper tax rates (suggested 10%)
- Allow said gun ranges to have access to any future banned weaponry and ammunition with certification from the federal government
