Not restrict ownership, just require all high capacity & high caliber firearms be locked in a gun safe when not in use.

The Second Admendement is very clear, and the tragedy that occured in CT involved stolen firearms. Lets stop trying to place a noose on the Constitutional rights of American citizens, and simply prevent criminals from getting access to them. I am very pro-gun, and I do not know one gun owner that would object to this simple safety measure, that could have prevented the Sandy tragedy.
