Neither our democratically elected PM Narendra Modi was not even in active politics at the time of 1984 unlucky anti-Sikh riots in India, nor was he the instigator of anti-Muslim riots in the Indian state of Gujarat.
It was Smt. Indira Gandhi's directions culminating & actually rooting from which the anti-Sikh riots took place. Similarly, it was due to some non-BJP political player's vested interests that the Gujarat anti-Muslim communal riots took place.
So it would be best to reject the petition seeking to cancel the USA's invitation to India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
