Not to return in Russia the transition to wintertime and back to summer time. Save a summertime forever.

Deputies of Russian Federation want to get back the transfer to summer and winter time. This caused health problems for many people some years ago. Former President Medvedev D.A. has established a permanent summertime. But after two years after that the deputies decided to raise the issue of the restoration of winter time. We believe this is unacceptable and urge Russia to maintain a constant summertime, without transfer.
