Our administration needs to stop caring for every other country and start focusing at home. Last I heard, we have a deficit and cannot afford to spend more money we don't have on another countries power system.
I urge that our administration takes a hint from the people and spends the money at home on our infra-structure. Or our debt, or our school districts at home. We can ill-afford to help another country when we have serious problems still at large at home.
We the people can help think of many ways that $7 Billion could be spent, and it is a slap against many of those that are struggling at home.
