Do not give any military support to the French in Mali. Do not send troops into Mali. Do not waste a single cent in Mali. You have no constitutional authority to do so. If Congress gives you constitutional authority, simply refuse. While you're at it, bring all military personnel back to the United States. Let me know when you're done.
