Do not put boots to ground in Syria. Supply and support other forces in the attempt to bring justice for illegal use of Chemical Weapons. Allow for remote attacks from drones and cruise missiles on targets in country only on areas of military importance like "Chemical Weapons" bases that store and house equipment to deploy them, But only once it is proven with no doubt that the Syrian government did use these vile weapons.
